3-Day Huangshan Tour for Clients from Oman, Middle East on August 14, 2024.

On August 14, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting Mr. Adel Maniar and his family of four from Oman on their first visit to Huangshan, China. Prior to their arrival, the family expressed a strong interest in the rich history and culture of the Huizhou region and had specific dietary needs that required us to arrange suitable restaurants. Additionally, they requested vehicle services and an English-speaking guide.

In response to their requests, we promptly prepared a detailed itinerary for their Huangshan tour, complete with descriptions and photos, and sent it to them for review. After discussing the details with the clients, we finalized the itinerary. Given the mountainous terrain of Huangshan and the fact that they were traveling with two children, we ensured the safety and comfort of the journey by equipping their Buick MPV with child safety seats.

On the afternoon of August 14, our team warmly welcomed the family at Huangshan North Railway Station and presented them with complimentary plush panda toys, a gesture we extend to all families traveling with children. Although they did not require an English-speaking guide for that day, we offered a complimentary guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage site, Hongcun, as our staff had free time in the afternoon and felt it would enhance the family's experience.

The following day, the family embarked on a guided day tour of Huangshan, where our professional English-speaking guide skillfully led them through the back mountain. Special care was taken to ensure the tour was enjoyable yet manageable, given the presence of two young children. The family was fortunate to witness the spectacular Huangshan sea of clouds, an unforgettable highlight. During mealtimes, we made sure to communicate the family's dietary preferences and restrictions to the restaurant staff, ensuring their full satisfaction.

On the third day, the family visited another UNESCO World Heritage site, Xidi Village, followed by a tour of Tunxi Old Street, where they observed traditional craftsmanship such as Huizhou ink stick making and Chinese brush-making, both important aspects of the local intangible cultural heritage. The family was highly impressed with the deep cultural immersion and gave us excellent feedback.
