In early May 2024, we received a booking from four Filipino clients who wished to spend two enjoyable days exploring Huangshan. The clients required a business car, an English-speaking guide, and a detailed itinerary, with a return to Shanghai needed after 5:00 PM on the 26th. Due to sold-out high-speed train tickets, they were open to the option of chartering a vehicle to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, costing over 2,000 yuan. Upholding our principle of prioritizing customer needs and service excellence, we proposed an optimal solution: advising the clients to take the 17:30 high-speed train to Suzhou, where they could easily purchase tickets to Shanghai Hongqiao Station. This arrangement not only saved costs but also ensured their safety and comfort. The clients accepted our recommendation and successfully purchased their return high-speed train tickets.

At noon on the 25th, our English-speaking guide greeted the clients promptly at Huangshan Station and escorted them to visit attractions such as Xidi and Hongcun. In the evening, the clients stayed at Tunxi Old Street, experiencing the local nightlife and sampling specialty snacks.

At 8:00 AM on the 26th, the guide and driver were again punctually waiting at the hotel to take the clients to explore the highlights of Huangshan. At 4:30 PM, we transported the clients to Huangshan High-Speed Railway Station, concluding this enjoyable journey.
